Welcome to the website of the

Minnesota American Indian Bar Association!

MAIBA is an active and exciting group of American Indian lawyers, American Indian law students, and lawyers with interests in Indian law.

Join our Facebook page!

MAIBA members Jeanine Johnson, Judge Leo Brisbois, Lenny Fineday, and Leah Sixkiller (not pictured) participated in the Collaborative Bar Leadership Academy (CBLA) at the Target headquarters in June 2013.

MAIBA members support each other professionally and personally, mentor law students and young lawyers, network about job and volunteer opportunities, raise and award scholarship money for law students, provide education about Indian law issues, support Indian law causes, and have fun together.

MAIBA Bylaws are now available online. Click here.
